Donation Terms

ONIRIUM SERVER — DONATION TERMS

1. NATURE OF DONATION
All payments made through this page are voluntary donations to help cover server infrastructure costs. You are not purchasing goods or services — you are supporting the continued operation of Onirium.

2. COINS ARE A GRATITUDE REWARD
Onirium Coins are awarded as a token of appreciation for your donation. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred to other accounts, or refunded.

3. NO REFUNDS
All donations are final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution and waive any right to a chargeback or reversal, except as required by applicable law.

4. SERVER CONTINUITY
Onirium strives for stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a server reset, coins donated within the past 60 days will be restored. In the event of permanent shutdown, no compensation will be provided, as all funds are immediately applied to infrastructure costs.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Coins are credited to the account that was logged in at the time of donation. Onirium is not responsible for donations made on incorrect accounts due to user error.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the donation system constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
