| Our Game Masters and Tutors work on a schedule to ensure there is always someone available to help. If no staff member is online at the moment, someone will log in within a few hours to attend pending requests. You can leave a message in-game or open a forum topic so we can follow up. |
| Forum Support |
| ★ Open a forum topic | For reports, account issues, or matters that do not require an immediate response, create a topic in the Bug Report board or the Support board on our forum. A staff member will respond as soon as possible. |
We know there are more modern ways to handle support — Discord, tickets, chatbots. We chose not to use them. Onirium is built around the feeling of doing things the old way, and that includes support. There is something genuine about typing a message to a real person who is already in the same world as you.
Because our staff follows a schedule and someone is always reachable in-game or on the forum, support will be just as fast as it would be through any other tool — without losing that feeling.
Important: Game Masters will never ask for your account password. If someone claiming to be a GM asks for your password, report it immediately.
