Houses can be bought directly from the engine or from other players via the Market.
| Buying a House directly |
!buyhouse | Stand in front of an empty house door and type to purchase it. Requires level 30+, Premium Account and sufficient gold. |
| Buying a House (from player via Market) |
!buyhouse <code> | Use the code from the Market page to buy a house listed by another player. Requires level 30+ and Premium Account. A 5% fee applies. |
| Selling Your House |
!sellhouse <price> | List your house for sale on the market at your chosen price. |
!cancelsell | Remove your house listing from the market. |
⚠ Important: Before listing your house for sale, remove ALL items from inside.
⚠ Premium Required: Houses require an active Premium Account. If your premium expires, you will lose your house and all items inside will be sent to your depot in Thais. Make sure you have enough depot space, or some items may be lost.
When ownership transfers, any remaining items move to the new owner's locker. Large amounts of items may block access to the depot until cleared.
