Every monster in Onirium has a small chance to drop a version of its loot item with special combat attributes. These are rare and powerful upgrades to standard gear.
⚠ Do not trust your eyes alone. Attributed items look identical to normal items. Always look before you leave a corpse!

| Weapon skills are exclusive | An item cannot have two weapon skills at once. A sword will never roll both sword+2 and axe+1 together. |
| atk and def are permanent | Attack and defense bonuses are applied directly to the item and always active, even without equipping. |
| Skills, hp, mana, spd apply on equip | These bonuses activate when the item is equipped and are removed when unequipped. |
| Cannot be crafted | Attributed items only drop from monsters. They cannot be crafted or obtained any other way. |
